There is a point at which a perspective looks so complete that it becomes easy to forget what kind of image it is. The furniture is in place. Light falls across the surfaces. The building seems to have arrived before the work of making it has been discussed.

For SUKHUMVIT 105, I use these images to discuss form, proportion and the relationship between spaces. They help us see an intended direction together. They are not evidence that a material has been procured, a detail has been resolved on site, or a room has performed as intended in use.

This distinction matters even when the image is beautiful. A curved counter raises questions about its edges, joints and working arrangement. A large glazed surface raises questions beyond what can be seen through it. Those are questions for further design and coordination, not defects I am claiming to have found in the project.

I would like a perspective to invite a more precise conversation. Knowing what the image cannot tell us is part of knowing how to use it.
