Privacy
Effective 25 July 2026. This notice explains how NATTHA handles website enquiries, technical logs and optional analytics consent.
Information you choose to send
The public website does not require an account. The preliminary project questionnaire remains in your browser until you choose how to send it. If you press SEND SECURE ENQUIRY, the contact details, project answers, notes, consent version and limited source or campaign information you provided are sent to the NATTHA database, where a receipt and Studio notification queue entry are created. The email and Messenger alternatives transmit information only when you complete the send or paste action in the selected service.
Purpose, minimisation and retention
Enquiry information is used to understand a preliminary project direction, assess fit and reply. NATTHA does not request title-deed numbers, exact private addresses, security information or unnecessary identity documents at first contact. Enquiries that remain new, are not qualified or are closed are targeted for privacy redaction 12 months after their last update. Active enquiries, contracted work and records required by law may follow a different retention period.
Analytics and consent
Necessary hosting and security processing may occur without optional analytics. When the Founder activates first-party interest measurement, it runs only after analytics consent and stores daily aggregate counts for content views, reading depth, active time, sharing, Project filters and media attention. The application does not place names, email addresses, IP addresses, user IDs or session IDs in this dataset, so it cannot identify unique people. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and advertising measurement remain disabled until valid identifiers are configured and the relevant consent is granted. Consent can be declined or changed without losing access to the website.
Your choices and questions
Subject to applicable law, you may ask NATTHA to access, correct, delete or restrict relevant personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact us through the email shown on the Contact page.
